SINGHA PINT
Story Time
Depressing times, everything comes to an end, even college. After four years with people who altered your life forever, you cling to moments like that final trip to Chennai with your roomies. How else would you spend your last joyous days before corporate slavery? Obviously, by getting wasted.
I won’t lie: Singha didn’t hit right at first. Maybe it was the weight of the inevitable goodbye. But as they say, good things take time. By the second bottle, the beer like the laughter started to flow easier, turning bittersweet memories into something warmer.
Taste Profile
Style: Thai Lager
ABV: 5% | IBU: Low (like your post-grad optimism)
Singha tasted like goodbye in a glass. That first sip was all sharp bubbles and hollow malt, like trying to force joy through a lump in your throat. By the second gulp, the Thai lager's sweetness finally broke through. The alcohol barely registered; it was refreshing, with hints of sweetness punctuated by occasional pangs of hop bitterness. Crisp malt flavors carried grassy notes and sudden citrus slaps, making it feel like the perfect farewell. A bittersweet goodbye in liquid form.
